Asf editing

I've downloaded a few asf radio streams and have converted them to mp3 with no problems. However, I have one file that is over 8 hrs long and everytime I try to convert it, I recieve a "codec decompression error". Does anyone know of a program that will let me split up this file? Or any remedies in DMC

Actually someone pointed me to a simple program that allows me to split the asf, and I have no problems with it now. I guess 8 hrs was a little too much
