Having problems burning an MP3 CD

i've been trying to burn an MP3 cd for the past hour and a half, i've tried a lot of diffrent things so far but nothing seems to work, everything else about the program works great, but if i click the burn cd button nothing happens, it says its "creating mp3 CD" at the bottom of the program, but it won't burn the CD. does anyone know what the problem is?

Do you get any type of error message?
Do the files for your mp3 disk appear as they should on the left hand side of the CD Writer main window?
After you hit the Burn button do you get a window giving you the opportunity to set what drive you are writing from and some other burning options? (Should have the header: dBpowerAMP CD Writer-Ready to Burn). If so, do you have the correct drive selected?
