If you have 2 drives, either try placing your cd in the other drive or, from the Audio CD Input window click on the Options button. From the Options Window select the drive with the cd in it. Also, make sure you are logged onto your computer with administrative rights.
If that does not work (or if you have already tried this), please let us know. In that case, please let us know what operating system you are using.

Did you download and install the two system files for Windows 98 users when you installed dMC? If not, these are available here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/Windows95-Update.htm

Try this first. If that does not work, try the tips from the Support page for Audio CD Input here:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-support-audio-cd.htm

If neither of these works, please let us know.
Best wishes,

Does Audio CD Input not display the cd at all (with the cd in the drive you have Music Converter set to rip from)?
If it does not display the cd at all, did you follow the instructions for checking and adjusting your ASPI settings as outlined in the support page here:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-support-audio-cd.htm ?

If Audio CD Input does recognize your cd, does it show only a single track, all the tracks except one, or all of the tracks but no track information beyond track number and length?

Or is it a problem with accessing the freedb database in order to recognize the tracks?
