Ok, I feel compelled to mention the warning about and against copying any material covered by a copyright.

If you have the link to the .mov file on a web page, right click on it and use Save target as.

Otherwise, if you have the exact url you type it into a post here, and when you preview the post, right click on the link that shows and use Save the target as...

However be advised that very likely the .mov on the internet will be a Quicktime meta file (unlike other meta files it carries the same name as the actual video file). If it's a small file (a couple of hundred bytes instead of a few megabytes big) it is a meta file.

It may be possible to open this .mov file using Notepad and see a bit of human readable stuff there, among all the machine code. If so, you will generally be able to identify another file name which may well be the real .mov video file.

The url may not be very explicit, but you can copy just the human readable file name portion and concoct a new url using the original one and replacing the .mov file in it with this new one.

Again paste this url in a post here, preview it, right click on the link shown and save the target. That may end up being the actual video file itself.

Ok, right click on the link and use Save Target as. This saves the .mov file on your pc. Luckily this is not a quicktime meta-file so you'll end up having the actual video.
