The music converter crashes everytime I try to convert
a .wma file
I keep getting this message: MusicConverter
.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I am using XP.

Please can someone help me ?

Hold the mouse over your wma file - on the popup info does it say Is_Protected: Yes?

NOPE...unfortunately it doesn't otherwise it would make sense to me although i must say, i haven't thought about it earlier so there must be an other reason.

Try installing Windows Media Player 7.1

Unregistered: If you are using XP then I don't think Media Player 7.1 will help :(

Kelis: What are you converting to? have you tried converting to wave?
