Hi there,

I think the subject line says it all - the track listing gets retrieved OK from freedb, but the option to copy this listing to the clipboard is greyed out and inopertative.

Any ideas? I am using version 10 of dBPower AMP Music Convertor.

Many thanks,
Steve K

this might be a powerpack option. do you have the powerpack installed?

Power pack does not mention it as a feature, so I am assuming it is part of the basic set.

According to http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=2261 the current release does need the powerpack installed but starting with the next release of dMC this has changed.

your right. i just had a look at the help file and it is not a powerpack option. hmmmm.... ok do you have gthe latest beta installed?

found here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=2261
also note: "CD Input - copy track names to clipboard no longer requires powerpack"

so i guess if you intall this version it should work ok.

Er... I have now installed r11b2... having made sure all traces of the previous version were uninstalled... But the "copy track listing to clipboard" option is, I'm afraid, still greyed out.

Any further ideas, anyone?

Sounds like it still needs the powerpack installed. A short term measure is to open the file c:\windows\cdplayer.ini and copy the track details manually.

Thanks for that tip, Wayne - I never knew of that file. It does the job just fine :-)

Select the tracks then copy.
