Converting .amr and *.awb files to .mid files?

Hello guies,

I'd like to know how to convert .amr files to .mid files.

A friend sent me *.amr and *.awb ringtones (he have a Nokia 6600) for my Nokia 3650 cell phone, but my phone does not support those formats, it only supports midi files.

Try the following website, there's a software that can be downloaded in the server 2, I'd never tried it but it claims that it's ok.
