Well, I just downloaded all the items on this site, to rip and convert wma's to mp3's and it did not work. The wma's are protected, and from this site and techtv everyone says, you can purchase songs that are WMA DRM, burn to a cd and convert back to a mp3 on pc. Well, I tried with dbpower, windows media and musicmatch,, on my pc and laptop and unable to convert.

How exactly did you go about converting the wma files to MP3s?

I highlighted the files and chose to convert to mp3. Using both dbpower and musicmatch, in which I recieved the error message

You will need to burn the tracks and create an Audio CD first, then rip them from the CD as MP3. dMC can not directly convert protected wma files.

You may have to use Window Media Player 9 to burn them to CD.
