Hello. I am a new user of the video converter. Every time I convert I get on error after the conversion finishes, that says something similar to the following (see log entry below)....I then says that the conversion failed and asks if I would like to convert again...however the file still appears to be converted and plays. Anyone know why I get this? I am converting to MP4 and I have tried different source file types, webm, mp4, flv, etc.

Thanks in advance

Error converting to MP4 (HVEC H265), 'C:\Users\Craig\Desktop\videoplayback.webm' to 'C:\Users\Craig\Desktop\videoplayback33.mp4'
x265 [warning]: Source height < 720p; disabling lookahead-slices

You can ignore this, it is not an error it is a warning.

Thanks. My concern though is that it tells you that the conversion failed and asks you if you want to try it again. This is a bit misleading especially when the conversion actually worked.

I assume the same would apply to this error/warning?

Error converting to MP4 (copy, no encoding), 'P:\video-1.avi' to 'P:\video-1-converted.mp4'
[mp3 @ 0000026ffd25e540] Header missing
Last message repeated 1 times
[mp3 @ 0000026ffd7eba80] Header missing

It file does convert and play despite this message

I assume this would apply to this error/warning as well?

Error converting to MP4 (copy, no encoding), 'P:\video-1.avi' to 'P:\video-1-converted.mp4'

The file converts and plays just fine despite the message thrown by DBVC

This seems a real error, there is corruption in the file.
