Clicking the 'registered' link just takes me to a 'registration retrieval page. Clicking the link on that page takes me to a blank page. Did I miss something?

Certain security settings / spam blockers / popup stoppers / firewalls can block that page.

Refresh the page a few times. Use CTRL +F5 as well to clear the cache.
Check your privacy settings while on that page, blank as it may appear.

Check of course your anti-spyware programs, the hosts file(s), the firewall(s) and all security & privacy related settings. Unfortunately the latest Windows updates are wreaking havoc with all that for everybody.

When it ask for my userid and password, i enter it but the window opens
again asking for my userid and password, over and over and over.

I have turned off all my blockers (and even tried enabling them) but get same
results, it dont accept my userid/password.
