software not functioning anymore

Hey all,

Have been using the software for several years without issues. Mainly just converting FLACs to MP3s for my personal listening. No issues, just results.

Now after starting the software, I choose the files to convert and then the window disappears and that's it. I uninstalled the software twice and download the latest version, but I am still having the same issue.

I am using windows 7, 64 bit. Any ideas?

Which security/anti-virus software are you using? Try disabling it and trying again.
