Is the accurateRip database being updated?

I'm doing a ripping seesion and am quite surprised by how many CDs are not in accurateRip database.

On the accurateRip website it says last updated October 2017, is this correct, it would explain so many misses?

AccurateRip is not about metadata or album art, it is ripping results.

Just ripping Dylan's Rolling Thunder Review and no accurate-rip representation. Would it be an idea to change the default submission to much less than 30 days? I've done a manual submission so hopefully this can be some use to others but 30 day submission intervals is perhaps too long? (I've just changed mine to every 2 days).
