Move mp3 files

I have the dBpoweramp CD ripper set to store ripped files in C:\Users\k364\music\mp3\Artist\Album\title (artist).mp3
this works fine.

What I want to do...

If I get an mp3 file from a download, is there any way using the dBpoweramp suite to have it move from my download folder and rename as above?

You can install the 'Arrange Audio' codec from codec central, select the files in download >> convert to >> Arrange Audio
