Hi

As soon as I put a CD in my mac, and it goes off to get the meta, the program crashes. Only started doing it an hour or so ago.

Have tried reboot etc. Running El Capitan.

Thanks
Ian

Thanks for the bug report, it is being investigated.

For now I recommend that you try using dBpoweramp R16 beta instead-

Metadata retrieval part of the application was reworked in R16 so whatever the problem is it is most likely no longer there.

Follow up: we crash on retrieval of metadata from MusicBrainz.

The bug is already fixed in R16.

You can mitigate by either unchecking MusicBrainz metadata retrieval, or upgrading to R16 beta.

I am having the same issue.

PeterP, if I download the R16 beta version do I have to go tweak all the settings I adjusted when I downloaded the original version? That would be a real pain.

Same here. I was OK the other day, but today it crashes when accessing metadata. If I uncheck internet connection all is well. Running macOS Sierra V. 10.12.1 and 15.7

Beta is working fine.

R15.8 is out which corrects this issue.
