Is it possible to use AccurateRip and CD Ripper in the following scenario:
1) Detect tracks incorrectly ripped with AccurateRip
2) Re-rip tracks detected at step 1 with CD Ripper without loosing all the tags
Thanks!

1) Is possible
2) The ripped track would have the new ID Tags from CD Ripper.

Sorry but not sure to understand: do you mean that the metadata of the inaccurate file will be lost and I will have to re-create them or is there a way to easily keep them (I have custom tags and cover arts)

It is not easy to keep, when ripping it might even rip to a different filename.

One thing you can try that I've used in the past:

1. rip CD again, doesn't matter what metadata is written.
2. Load up your OLD files with correct metadata in mp3tag.
3. Load up newly ripped CDs as well in mp3tag (same track order as the old files above)
4. In mp3tag, select all the OLD files, right click, then select "tag copy".
5. In mp3tag, select all the newly ripped files, right click, then select "tag paste"

Not sure what this will do with artwork (unless artwork is embedded, which is part of tags). But worth a try. Has worked well for me. and mp3tag handles mp3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, m4a, etc. It does not handle WAV. Get here (it is a windows program):

Thanks a lot garym for the suggestion!
I'm a big fan of CD Ripper but of mp3tag too!
