Some of the original flac files that I am converting from have a fieldname that contains the record label info of my albums reads as;
ORGANIZATION; sony records,
I would like the batch converter to make this read;
Label; sony records, for the converted albums
I would also like to add the tag to all the converted albums to sort by artist.
is there a command or dsp effect where I can add this? and what dsp effect do I use? and what do I type in for it to do what I want to the converted files?

There is a DSP Effect ID Tag processing, the first tab is 'Map' to move from one tag to another.

Make sure in dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced:
Under FLAC tagging:
Vorbis Comment Mapping *1
is set to 'Leave as Label'
If it is already what did you add to the ID Tag processing program? You are converting FLAC >> FLAC?

No, I am converting from flac to AAC and mp3, I went into the conversion settings of mp3 and aac and added a dsp effect I'd tagging with mapping, typing in organization in the first part and then choosing from the drop down on the second part to use label.

Here is my test:
1 Create a flac file with no organization tag
2 add the tag organization with value 'orgtag' using dBpoweramp tag editor
3 holding mouse over file shows tag organization with value orgtag
4 convert to mp3 with ID Tag processing set to map: organization to Label
after conversion the mp3 has both organization and Label tags. The organization tag can be removed by setting a deletion on the ID Tag processing to delete organization.
