Convert FLAC to ALAC and imbed folder.jpg as cover ??

I may be being dense here - I have a shed load of FLACs that I also want in ALAC format, I'm going to use the Batch converter - but I cant see a way to tell it to use the folder.jpg for each album as an embedded cover for the reencodes - should/can it do this ?

Use the DSP effect 'ID Tag Processing' there is an option there to import folder.jpg

Excellent - many thanks. Also - are there any recommended settings for making 24/(48/44.1) from 24/(96/88) and above for use on iPod classic ? or should I just put rockbox on my classic - if so does anyone know the limitations - can Rockbox play 24/96 FLAC on the iPod Classic ?
