View Full Version : registration retrieval won't accept my email address

I've been a registered dbpoweramp user since r11 starting in August 2005. I've got r14.2 but can't upgrade to r14.3 because I lost my order number and the registration retrieval process won't accept my email address. I've also tried what I thought was the email address I had when I purchased dbpoweramp 7 or so years ago, but that's not working either.

If you check my posts from years gone by, you can see that I was asking questions about my registered versions of dMC. I'm pretty sure that when I registered my purchase, I used an email address at ekit.com, but it probably wasn't the one I'm using now at ekit.com.

Do I have any recourse or am I condemned to be stuck at r14.2 forever?

We only store order number and email, we can only search he same as you.

Never mind!

I found my Order Number in an ancient backup and have made multiple copies of it on different hard drives. I also changed my email address to the one I use most often now.

I've successfully downloaded dMC-r14.3-Registered.exe and am about to install it.

If there's a way to just delete this post, I hope some admin will do so.
