AccurateRip needs to verify the offset generated, for this it needs 3 key Discs that give the same offset, please insert another 'Key Disc'. [ Calculated offset value: +6 samples, +24 bytes. ]???

I'm trying to rip Armin Van Buuren - Universal Religion Chapter 5. Do I need to buy three more of this album just to configure my offset? I did use a different cd not from Armin it gave me a different calculated offset and asking me to do the same as stated above? Am still a noob so any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

You need 3 different discs (not the same title), and they have to give matching offsets.

LOL at the moment I only have 6 albums and have tried them all with no luck. Is it ok to rip your cd with ultra secure with the most pass and c2 error support on? Will my rip be bit perfect if no errors are detected and CRC matched? I just want a perfect rip like AccurateRip [ ] :)

Spoon, what happens if you didn't configure the offset ? I can't remember if i did or not :(
I've ripped hundreds of CD's which have got accuraterip matches, that mean its ok ? Or do i have to re-rip again ? Bit concerned now.

Accuraterip does not check your files until it is configured...

@ichigo1993 - you need more discs and just keep feeding until it configures.

The answer is the same as the last time you asked. And the time before that. And the time before that. Etc.

I got impatient and decided to rip my 6 albums. I follow your guide setting up with ultra secure but with six passes minimum and ten max. Tested with 4 cd and it turn my drive have 6kb cache, even though my drive support c2 I've decided not to use it. XLD for mac setup is on par with eac and dbpoweramp but does not require c2 and secure ripping without c2 dectect more errors than it did with c2. Found this out on dbpoweramp secure ripping page :)

Thank you spoon u've help me alot Im gonna try with more cds like u suggested.
Gonna take me awhile to have 100 cds lol

I was debating on max reread 48 or 34 but decided to go with 34. On secure ripping test it is set at 48 anyways my cd is brand new just bought it 15 hours ago if that makes any difference?

Thank you again!

Modern drives rip with less errors at the highest speed (generally speaking).

As long as you cannot see through the marker drawing, no problem.
