Hello Spoon.

I have registered asset v3.

1st question:

I have pretty high level of disk que length on my c drive of my pc. This is caused by some other intensive applications. I have regular have dropouts on the linn streamer.

Therefore I would like to install Asset on a different fysical disk. This seem to work. But the database files of asset stay in the c:\user\appsdata\.. directory. Can this be changed? In the register i found a key. but after restart it is set to default again.

Can this be changed?
Or be set on the wishlist for the nextversion?

2nd question: Can asset run as a windows service on Windows 7?
Or only with startup shortcuts?
Because after an restart asset is not running on my pc.before I login

WHS 2003 is no option for me, because of the lack of good sata drivers for my nvidia mainboard.

Best regards.

It is not possible to change the database, it would not cause drop outs not matter where it is.

2. There is an option to start Asset as a service, it is in the configuration program.
