Hello,

I have installed the Realaudio CODEC for the DBpoweramp converter on a NT4.0 PC.
Logging as administrator all works OK, it converts the audios without problems, but if I log out and log in as a "normal" user I could not convert audio to realaudio files.
I get the message:
The CODEC required to compress "audio file" could not be oppened.
What can I do to solve this?.

Thanks very much in advance,
Guillem

We will have to wait for Daren to answer this one.

Hi,

Guillem had already mailed me about this one. At that moment
in time I couldn't find the cause of the problem, but in the course
of sorting-out other issues (for Win98 users) this problem got
fixed as well (two birds with one stone).

In the new release, all Real Audio DLL's are now placed in
dbpoweramp folders instead of under c:\winnt\system32.

I'll mail you a link for the new release (R3) in the next few days
so that you can download and put it in codec central.

Best regards,
Daren.

I have windows XP on my computer and I have the same exact problem...I've been messing around trying to figure it out and it has me baffled. Everyone I know that has the dbPowerAMP says it's never been a problem.
