Hello

I'm looking for a program that can convert wave, Flac or any other kind of music extension to .s48

The .s48 are basically MPEG2 files at 48000Hz with 256kps bitrate
These files are used in broadcast software (radio)

If anyone can tell me can this be done with DMC?

Hi Martin,

I believe that .s48 files are just raw MP2 with a .s48 extension. Have you tried creating .mp2 files and renaming them to .s48?

Best regards,
Daren.

Hi tnx for reply

I'm told that 4800HZ and the 256kps are a absolute must for the broaddcast software
Perhaps converting to MP2 with these (4800HZ/256kps) settings and renaming themto .s48 could be the solution

can this be done with DMC ?
