I'm trying to choose from foobar, JRiver, and Asset/Renaissance/Asset Control (A/R/AC) for audio playback through my home theater, and I'm unclear on a few things with A/R/AC:

1)Will A/R/AC automatically adjust to accommodate the sampling rate and bit depths of my song file so that my song is not resampled or otherwise processed in a way that compromises bit perfect playback? If such adjustment is automatically performed for only certain combos of sample rates and bit depth, what are they?

2)Are replaygain tags supported for R/A/AC playback?

3)Does the use of the Replaygain tags during playback mean I will not achieve bit perfect playback?

Thanks for any clarifications
