I've installed the codec (v8, since I don't have WMP 9), but I can't find the option to convert a file to WMA ... What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

If you look on the download page, will notice that you DO have to install the WMA v9 codec.

But rest assured, you don't need to install WMP9 to install the WMA v9 codec, just follow the link given on the download page for the WMA codec here

WMA codec download page (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-wma.htm)

Hope that helps!

Also install it to the same location you installed Music Converter.
