I am running Windows 7, 64bit. I've downloaded the latest drivers (1.3). I can't get them to install. Also, the Bravo II always shows up under "other" in the device manager. Are there updated instructions? Am I just doing something fundamentally wrong?
Thanks!!

The drive appears to work if I manually eject it and put in a CD. It rips fine. The CLI tests just state that it can't find the device.

You must install Primeras drivers first and have the device recognised on the system before trying with Batch Ripper.

Uninstalling and then re-installing everything eventually got it working. The driver installation kept giving errors or just plain said that there wan't one to install and gave no choices. I kept trying various combinations of uninstalling any "unknown" devices and their drivers and turning off the power to the unit, etc. Eventually it gave me the choice again and installed itself (even though even that gave an error message). Working in the end, though.
Thanks!
