Have a w7 machine with a Sony VGP-XL1B changer that was working great but now it doesnt see the drive? :cry: Any suggestions?

Does CD Ripper show the drive?

No, it doesnt but the configuration thing where you can test it to load and unload does.

The CD Ripper gives me one choise, F: [MATSHITA - DVD-RAM SW-9584 ]

The Batch ripper calles it J: [MATSHITA-DVD-RAM SW-9584] CD Drive no longer present:blush:

In batch ripper you would open batch ripper configuration, remove the old drive and add and configure the new.

However, having new problem... Now over half of the cd's i load come back as no meta data and I just bought this stuff with the years subscription to that provider?

No, mp3 320... That doesnt answer why the rip program doesnt see meta data and itunes does on the same drive?

Ok Spoon, I'm at my witz end here... Is there a represenitive here in denver colo. that can come out and configure this stuff for me I will gladly pay, or a phone support line I can call...

For Batch Ripper AMG and GD3 lookups are commercial, in that you have to buy individual lookups, only with AMG and GD3 enabled would you have the same metadata as the normal CD Ripper.
