Apple Lossless to MP3 - Title Tag Issue

I’m converting Apple Lossless (.m4a) to MP3, and the Title tag is cutoff at 30 characters. The strange thing is when I check the tag via “edit tag” or “properties” in Windows Explorer, I see the complete title name, but Windows Explorer file view and MP3TAG both show the cutoff Title tag. Also, when I import the song into iTunes, I get the cutoff title. Not sure why dbpoweramp is cutting off the Title at 30 characters when I convert to MP3. Obviously, I need the complete Title name. Help!

Also, I tried to put some screenshot images from Windows Explorer and MP3TAG, but the forum rules at the bottom of my page say "You may not post attachments" :(

30 chars is an id3v1 tag limit, make sure you are using ID3v2 (dbpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced), if your account it limited user, make it an administrator account, change the setting, then change back to limited user.
