I have just upgraded my machine to win 7 and reinstalled DMC

However, I rip all my music or download a lot of live music (legal) in flac format.

These are stored in the following structure as an example;

m:\mp3\a-h\arctic monkeys\23rd june 2008, glastonbury

so the flacs are in that folder

what I use to be do was use DMC to convert them to mp3 for my ipod into a subfolder called mp3

But I can't get that to work now.

I am using the following dynamic naming structure

m:\[origpath]\MP3\[origfilename]

but it's actually creating a folder called m:\[origpath]

what have I done wrong this time around?

also, i would prefer not to put the drive letter first as I have files on other drives too.

cheers

Check you have reference in dBpoweramp Configuration, without it [origpath] would not work.

You put the drive letter in the "Folder" line, and then the rest in the Dynamic Naming section.

That still doesn't work for me.

It simply doesn't convert a thing.

Did you make sure you have Reference, as Spoon mentioned?
