I had ~135 lookups left, put in a purchase for 100 more.

2 Problems:
1) The order took, but the username isn't entered correctly; how do I retrieve it (was the name I picked but then a bunch of numbers got added)?

2) I seem to have lost the 135 that were remaining from my original 400. Are these retrievable?

The order went through, I received the email receipt. I can send my order number if necessary.

Just purchased 100 lookups using previously established and successfully used username, but did not get credit for any lookups within Batchripper.

What to do? (I can forward the receipt if you wish).

You always have to assign the order number (AMG Commercial) to an account (in Batch Ripper), it is not automatic,

Your email receipt has the instructions and the link you must click.

I see it, will apply it on the ripper later. Kind of a RTFM issue...

Hi, am setting up batch ripper on a new PC and need to retrieve my AMG username.

I have searched the forum but closest answer I find is Spoon replying with "Responded by email"

Any idea how I can do this?

If you have access to the old PC the username is shown on the Metadata page.
