CD Drives not visible in Windows Explorer

Hello,

The CD/DVD Drives of the Primera Composer Pro are not visible in Windows Explorer.

I tried to install a hotfix for Windows XP. Also I tried another Firewire Card and much more.

Who recognized my problem and can you give me some suggestions?

Wim -

Try connecting the unit to a different windows box or two. Try other firewire cables. If both fail, then the firewire to IDE bridge adapters aren't working. Could be burned out or the power connectors could have come loose inside. Etc.
