Windows 98 is the OS. I was able to use my CD Rom to rip and now it comes with and error:
Unable to access CD Drive 'N:\Track01.cda'
The CODEC required to compress 'C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Track01.wav.TEMP.wav' could not be opened.

Try using the Audio CD Input Program.
