Did you by any chance look into the Lyra RD1080?
You have to use musicmatch jukebox which is pure bloatware.

Not unless they do a Windows Media Audio driver for it, just like for the Lyra II.

FINALLY a working software for my old MPMAN F20. My player is a "Schneider F20" (german version) but it should be the same like the Sheaen and Eiger Labs version.
I just found this software (I'm a big fan of dbpowerAMP since years) while searching for a working version of anything that can upload files to my player. These Korean versions of the manager never worked. They always crashed after uploading some files to my player.

I have 32 MB internal Memory and a external 32 MB Card. I noticed that I couldn't see the files in your program that were currently in the memory so I did a format and I'm just uploading some files to it. It has just finished uploading and now I can see the files. Hey, and yes, they are playing on the F20.
But.... why is this beta ?? This software works better like all previous versions of the original F20-Manager software...

I have updated the driver to make it compatible with ECP LPT ports - this beta will now last for a week or two then become a full release, download:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/beta/SPA-mpmanf20.exe

261KB

I have installed the software on my Compaq Armada m700 Notebook running Windows XP Professional. When downloading a file to my Eiger F20, the transfer rates are very slow. It is taking 25 minutes to download 3:53 length song at a 32KB stream (comes out to about 4350 bits per second). I am using LPT1 set to EPP with a delay of 20. I have tried Bidirectional and ECP with delays from 10-640 without any appreciable difference.

Any insights into what could possible be wrong?

The driver works like a charm except that it does not "see" my extra mem card.
The player itself reports having 64mb total but in Sveta I only have access to 32mb. And yes, I have tried viewing Combined Memory.. :)
Im running W2k pro..

Any ideas?

Under the memory box only Internal and Combined are listed?

Does the external Memory work with any other program?

I havent tried any other. I guess I could install win98 and try the original software but I dont feel all that thrilled about it..

Do you know any other programs that may work?
