is there any crack or download that i can use to stop this, its the whole reason i downloeaded this software

I suspect that your problem lies not with the files being "copyrighted" but with their being "copy protected" (a measure built into some file formats that is designed to protect material from unauthorized redistribution). Probably the files you want to convert are in Windows Media Audio format (or WMA for short) which seems to automatically build in copy protection. To determine if this is the case, look at the file names for the files you want to convert. They should all end in .wma (I believe). Make sure you have the codecs for WMA downloaded and installed in dMC. Have you done this?
The best advice seems to be to steer clear of WMA files altogether because the built-in copy protection interferes with getting good results converting to other formats. If you browse this section you will find other posts regarding this issue.
