When I tried using dMC today, it said that my "trial period" had ended. I had registered in Feb 06. I tried downloading "reactivatePP.exe" but that did not fix the problem. Did my registration expire. I still have my registration number.

I will try to email Spoon with my order number. "Initiate registered link retrieval" does not load any page for me.

Are you running a firewall? Some real-time anti-spyware protection?
