Whenever I try, all I get is:

The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Windows XP User\My Documents\My Music\Audioslave.Boston.10-31-05.flac\cd1\Track03.flac' could not be opened.

What do I do?

Can you play your FLAC files in a player? Where did the FLAC files come from? Can you do a test conversion? To do a test conversion, you choose "Test Conversion (no write)" as the output codec. If no errors come up, then dMC is able to decode your file. Otherwise, dMC cannot read your file for some reason.
Do you know any specifications of your file? Is it 16-bit, 24-bit, 2 channel, etc?
