Yesterday I could no longer retrieve metadata on even the most popular titles. I've checked all the settings, done a restart and etc. Any help would...

Hi, pro user here. I've ripped 1k+ CDs. now I come to find that many of those has an issue with the first track. It's ripped but nothing plays. Shows 30ish KBs instead of MBs in properties? All other tracks are good? I've found this on a dozen or so ripped CDs but haven't went through whole collection.... -
The price to upgrade too dbpoweramp is $24 U.S. I am in Canada. When I choose the Canadian option the price doubles to $48. Why is the conversion rate doubled? Any currency converter on the web converts $24 Us to $32.88. This does not seem at all fair!!!!!

Can someone please explain why PerfectTunes AccurateRip analysis depends on rip metadata?
Example (latest): I rip one CD with dBpoweramp, which says the disc is in AccurateRip, with the default metadata writing enabled. All tracks are ripped accurately except one, which is declared Secure but... -

CD ripping was going perfectly until I got this message: "It appears that your email address is invalid."
This appears in the album and artist tabs as well as continued on throughout what would be the individual song titles.
