no right click on Windows 7 ?

I have Windows 7 Ultmate 64bit and use dBpowerAMP Music Converter 13.3. but and I can't find 'convert to' on the right click in windows explorer and Total Commander.

plz help

Total Commander is 64 bit? because if it is not it will not show the 64 bit dbpoweramp Convert To.
