How do I upgrade from R11.5 to R12 and above.

I attempted to d/l the newer version but it keeps telling me to re-register. Or rather, it sends me to the options page as if I were registering for the first time. I cannot use the .FLAC encoder with 11.5 for some reason, and everytime I d/l the FLAC R12 file, it will not install.

The link will not work for me at all even after turning off both software firewalls and my one hardware firewall. The page continues to either come up blank (in Firefox) or give me an error message (IE). Is it possible for me to just give you my order number and get the a new download link emailed to me?
