Asset / RipNAS Essentials on HP Media Smart 490

I purchased RipNAS Essentials.
Although I can access ripped music files from the WHS with Kinsky would it be better to load Asset on the WHS and access filles via Asset/Kinsky?

I think my preference is to rip to Flac and MP3 (for our ipods) is this sensible combo ?

I also want to later add Squeezebox = is the foregoing set up compatable?

Is there a recomended set up file structure within Asset for the foregoing setup?

You can give Asset a try, it is better than browsing for files on a network share.

Squeezebox should not cuase nay issues, and flac & mp3 is fine.

File structure is not important as ID Tags are used.
