ID Tag Update, delall and importart

Hi there,

I am not sure this is a bug or anything but when I use ID Tag Update with both "-delall0" and "-importart" options, Folder.jpg is not added to my audio file. However, when I use ID Tag Update first with "-delall0" and then with "-importart" (i.e. 2 runs of coreconverter), I get exactly what I want.
Is this supposed to be the normal behaviour of ID Tag Update ?
Please note that I am using coreconverter through CLI

(R13.1 + DSP R3 + ID Tag Update R1)

The delete is done after the import.
