When I go back to check on folders that have ripped albums some have only two or three tracks in them, even though the ripper showed all track ripped.

do a search on your harddrive. They may be in other directories. Most likely to happen if your CD is perhaps a various artist CD (soundtrack, featured artists, etc). It may be that you've not setup DYNAMIC NAMING properly to address this issue (use of ALBUM ARTIST, etc.). I suspect the tracks are all there, but just not grouped together.
