Asset UPnP on QNAP TS-412

Hi there,
using Asset UPnP 4.3 on a QNAP TS-412. Streamers are MOON MiND/Moon App and Auralic Aries LE/Lightning DS App. All Asset settings are by default. Always use the search tree Advanced Search/Folders & Filename Browsing/Music (thats my media folder). Artists are displayed correctly in alpabetic order, clicking on an artist (for example: ABBA) lists the album(s). So far so good. Now clicking on an album shows a track list but at first this:

It is possible to play single tracks now but not the complete album.

Where is the mistake? Thank you very much in advance for your help!

I do not recognize this item, it also shows it with a folder icon, what happens if you click it?

If you have a windows pc, install this:

and browse Asset to see how it looks when browsing the same.

Dear Spoon,
if you click it, nothing happens - there's a blank field behind it resp. the hint "This folder is empty". Same with Asset-Cotnrol (see attachede screenshot). What is most annoying: You cannot play complete albums, only selected single tracks.

It seems that Twonky media server is creating these folders:

You should disable Twonky and delete the folders.

I think the link showed? you would have to SSH into the qnap and remove them with specific commands, these folders are hidden so are hard to find.
