when i right click on an audio file to edit it the window pops up but i can not open it or edit the file, any help?

ps: it does this with any audio file from anywhere on my computer, i've also tried to re-install and that didnt help (tried 3 times)

On one of your photos it showed the tag editor, but it was not clear from your photo if it was right.

managed to fix this! When it wouldnt appear i went to task manager and maximized the window then it appeared and then downsized and its back to normal.

This thread is outdated, but I am having the same exact issue right now. Just purchased dBpoweramp, verified that it is indeed registered, but cannot edit ID tags on a video (mp4) that I created. What gives? Can someone help me?
