Basics - I can't get started !

Hi Guys,
Been using DBPoweramp for 3 years or so but I had reinstall it due to a crashed hard drive.
I reinstalled the 25 files and they are happily sat on my c drive, but what happens next ? I can't seem to find instructions on to execute anything and there is no CD ripper icon :blush:

Sorry, but I'm no PC expert, as you will have guessed, but I'm a bit confused / frustrated on what to do next and would appreciate a help up to getting an icon on my desktop :o

You cannot simply copy files over, you have to run the installer, as the installer does things such as register dlls, Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:
