    Error Message

    I have upgraded to a registered version of the CD Ripper (v.15) from the earlier trial version. I can no longer rip CDs because poweramp apparently thinks I'm still running the trial version. I have uninstalled the trial version and uninstalled and reinstalled the registered version including restarting the computer without resolving the problem. I will either get "Error unable to open file..." or another error that tells me I'm running an unregistered version and to use the "Standard Method," whatever that is. I'm running Win 8.1 and the trial version worked just fine. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. What to do?

    On the error page there is a 'Copy to Clipboard' button, press this and paste the text here as a message please.
