Converter won't convert from mp3 to wave.

Hi everyone,

I am having problems with converting from mp3 to wave. I keep getting the following message,

The CODEC required to decompress 'F:\My Music\Odds & Ends\01 - Eric Prydz - Call on Me.mp3' could not be opened.

Hopefully someone will be able to help me because until I purchased the full package I had no problem at all but thought I would do the right thing and now this is what has happened.

What settings does your mp3 file have? What settings did you select for the wave?

What's cd quality?

The mp3 would be stated maybe as bitrate 128kbps, channels stereo, frequency 44.1KHz . The wav settigs would be uncompressed PCM wave 2-channels tereo 44.1KHz.

What does the pop-up info say about your mp3 file?

Did you try a test conversions?

Did you install everything to the same folder, as adminstrator? are you running the program as administrator or at least power user?
