how do i find out, if i have payed double, for this same program. i have the charge on my credit card 2 times, for the same thing. please inform me if

Did you get two e-mails about hte program? Note that refunds will only be given if you HAVE NOT downloaded the program. So if you got two e-mails, get the order number from one and send an e-mail to the e-mail address on this webpage: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm. You should be able to get more instructions there.
