Sending multiple folders to ipod at once...

When sending audio files to a device is there any way to send more than one folder at a time. Because it can take a long time to send files, it would be great if you could mark several folders (ie. ctrl+folder) and then send them all at once. It appears you can send the complete contents of one folder but I can't figure out how to send the contents of either multiple or nested folders at once.

Which becomes a 2 step process correct? Convert everything to a common folder and then use svelta to send the contents of that common folder to the ipod...
