No problem for me :D
Wav Pack has been updated again to 4.31.
The decoder has never (even the stable versions) worked for me: The file 'M:\- - E l e k t . r u - -\Бурундук Квартет — Пур-пур [2003]\Бурундук Квартет — Пур-пур [2003] [EAC+WV, CUE+LOG inside by djet].wv' could not be opened.
and the encoder crashes if I try Ogg to WV conversion.

Unicode characters, it will be dMC R12 before these can be read.
But same with all other files:
The file 'E:\a.wv' could not be opened.
I tried reinstalling dMC & WV codec, but it didn't help. Maybe it uses short file names which are currently disabled?

Check the files with another program, they might not be valid .wv files.
They are all valid and some of them were converted to WV by dMC.
Edit:
Couldn't reproduce that decoding bug under VMWare, but an Ogg2WV conversion still crashes.

Which program is reporting this? If you take a normal wave file, convert to wavepack, then convert wavepack to wave, does that work?

Updated to wavpack 4.3.1
Found the guilty. That was an old WavePack.dll inside the installation folder. I should wipe it out from the beginning..

Since this is a beta, which seems to work for me, I would add a suggestion for a missing wavpack feature.
Wavpack has an extra processing option, -x. It increases compression while not affecting the decode speed. While wavpack does have a 1-6 option for -x the author discourages its use since plain old -x selects an appropriate numeric level based upon the compression mode. fast, normal, high. So my suggestion would be for a simple check box for extra processing.
