Hi I am struggling with this software. I have recently tried to use this as I have bought many tracks from iTunes and wish to play them on my iRiver MP3 player. Since trying to download the tracks to convert all I get from Windows is an error message that states that 'Windows - No disk'
'There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive' Then it gives options of - Cancel, Try again, Continue.

Once I finally overcome this message I then think that I'm getting somewhere and then I get the next error message.


'Unable to send 'C:DOCUME~1MERYEM~1LOCALS~1TempSvt4D7.tmp Once Upon a Dream.mp3' to portable player. Please check connection and player has free memory.'

What am I doing wrong. I have visited codec and downloaded the MPeg4 converter.

Help me before I sell the xxxxxxx thing and get an ipod.

Protected iTunes (ie purchased) cannot be converted or sent by Sveta, for those they need to be written to a CD-r with itunes then re-ripped as unprotected.
